Lots of walking and very demanding job but that’s all retail

Good discount on already cheap stuff.

Store manager decided they didnt like me very early on and would allow others to speak down on me and others that they decided they didn’t like. Upper management just sits in the office all day and tries to avoid working by having constant “touch bases”. I was put into multiple unnecessary and uncomfortable situations by management. Attendance and performance expectations for employees are not consistent, resulting in people being fired while others who have worse attendance and performance continue to work there. The store is constantly a mess and old product just sits on the racks for months.
