This company is a dead-end. - Marketing Recochem Employee Review

Pros

Some great and innovative people but slowed down by the bunch of people who have passed retirement age, or had retire but came back as consultants to bring back their outdated vision - see the vicious cycle? Salary is decent on paper, but is ridiculous compared to the hours you put in.

Cons

The sales team has too much «power» with no leadership, nor knowledge of what their roles should actually be, leading every other departments to do their job while they play golf on Fridays and being celebrated for their «hard work». Upper management lacks vision and gets excited to the sound of their own voice as they try to lure their new people to think they are part of something bigger than what the company actually is with their outdated 70-year-old processes, policies, and management team. HR doesn’t bring much to the table either, but would rather walk-around to check if you’re in office on your 2-day a week hybrid model. Hard pass.

Pros

Working from home three times a week. Competitive benefits package. Free coffee to keep you energized.

Cons

Things feel a bit disorganized sometimes. They expect a lot, and with how busy you are it’s tough to keep up. Communication and appreciation could be better. Overall, the workplace culture isn’t the greatest.
