      Pros

      Working hours are flexible. They are working as 1 big family. Communication among employees is excellent. Management all level nicely in working together. Salary nicely.

      Cons

      Too busy with paperwork presentation. Meeting hours are too high. Distortions in electric supply to equipment testers. Building design issues (roof leaking during heavy rain). Less 'facilities' too employee.

      Pros

      It was a nice way to get some tech experience. Management is willing to convert temp employees to full time workers at the end of contracts.

      Cons

      Work is pretty repetitive / boring. No cell phones allowed on the floor. High turnover rate. Not much opportunity for advancement.
