Pros
Salary was great for a recent graduate in 2021. Learned a lot about the HVAC industry and voluntary carbon market (VCM). The work was felt genuinely impactful and fulfilling.
Cons
No benefits other than salary. Project work is unpredictable, but that's inherent to the HVAC industry. Pretty much no career progression unless your performance is considered exceptional and you put in long hours.
