The management here is great - they do what they can to help build our career and offer useful advice, but generally trust us to do our jobs well. There isn't a lot of red tape keeping us from getting things done. Our remote-first company culture is casual and a lot of fun. I've been here for two years and I continue to enjoy my job. I have everything I want - interesting problems, increasing formal responsibility as a team lead, and a supportive and collaborative environment.
