      Free coffee and tea in the break room!

      Cons

      Unskilled staff, salaries are not competitive, inefficiencies are prolific, use of high school graduates to fill in employment gaps, no diversity in workforce, less than 20 employees in office on any given day--sometimes a ghost town, not many opportunities to use your brain as tasks are very manual and repetitive.
