Pros
The kiddos/clients are the pros, and some great coworkers but are hard to come by.
Cons
The company itself is rude, disorganized, and a complete joke. They lie through their teeth, blaming everyone else for their problems and downfalls rather than the barriers upper management puts up them self causing the failure. Staff is given unrealistic expectations. You are expected to have all your work done with no time to do adequately/properly do so and cut corners where ever you can. Oh and no over time so you better work for free or ur a failure and are not committed. Your liscense is put at jeopardy, staffing is aweful being constantly short and just fill with warm bodies whenever possible. Staff can be written up again and again with no consequence putting clients in danger. The company is the worst I have ever worked for and would never recommend to anyone to work for them. You are just a number. Dont ask for help or more training... You should already know what to do right off the bat and your close peers will have no time to help you either because all the crap on their shoulders. Just walk away!
