Pros
If you're into being constantly gaslit by ineffective management who let an acquiring company take over and run the show, then this is the perfect spot for you. As a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the industry, I can tell you that's exactly what I've been dealing with here. I've observed that career advancement often hinges on cultivating favor with leadership rather than skill or performance. Saying "yes" to everything, regardless of the feasibility or impact, seems to be the key to gaining opportunities, while actual performance takes a backseat.
Cons
I feel frustrated with the management at RTS. It seems like all they care about is selling the company, without understanding how to effectively run it or deliver on their promises. Our technology is subpar, and there's a complete lack of organizational culture. The CEO is more concerned with his public image, attending professional games and socializing with influential people, rather than focusing on leading the company. It's clear that he lacks the necessary skills to effectively manage a business and shouldn't be in a leadership position. In fact, he even relies on his mom to make business decisions, which is unacceptable and embarrassing.
