Pros
You wouldn’t think it would difficult to list a couple of pros about a company but Red Box is different. Be very sceptical about 5* reviews on here, they seem very disingenuous as many others have commented.... Opportunity to be heard - ok maybe if you class hearing as simply the act of perceiving sound by the ear. Being truly listened too is a very different story. Fast paced - yeah I think there is a saying about headless chickens running around. Or imagine yourself on a hamster wheel knowing it doesn’t matter how long/fast you run because it will ultimately amount to nothing and get you nowhere. There will be no appreciation for your effort either. Benefits - lol. Compared to many other employers what benefits? Even the cons of some of these reviews are clearly management spun in order to make a con a pro. People are not stupid and will see right through these!!!!
Cons
Very poor atmosphere and culture as others have commented. No direction and complete lack of appreciation towards staff from senior management. Customer service doesn’t seem to matter at all and clearly it should. Product quality is poor and continues to get worse. It’s on a downhill slope Eddie the Eagle would have loved. I could go on but you get the idea....
