Pros

- Great learning opportunities. My background isn't in HR, but Jen recognized my transferable skills and gave me this amazing opportunity. - Embodies core values - Flexible hours to accommodate the fact that "life happens." - Generous PTO and Holiday schedule - Positive environment and good colleagues - Everyone comes from non-traditional backgrounds outside of HR, which allows for a lot of diverse exchange of ideas and experiences - No client is the same, and you get tons of on the job experience in different industries. -Data driven decision making - Utilization of assessments to understand everyone's working style - Team lunches on occasion

Cons

Not a con, but be open to and prepared to adjust to an open office space shared with two other companies if its not an experience you're familiar with.

I love working at Red Clover! The team is so knowledgeable, supportive, and fun. I'm constantly learning from my coworkers and the team is always willing to help talk through situations when I need a gut check. The work I get to do is engaging and I enjoy working with clients of different sizes across diverse industries. My work is valued and my accomplishments are always celebrated.

Cons

None! This is truly a core values based business. I feel all decisions are made with our core values in mind which creates a level of understanding and transparency that I've never experienced in the workplace before.

Cons

This is an unprofessional recruiting firm, so much so that I had to lodge a complaint about a consultant to the managing director. He offered me a job in mid Sept. I happily accepted the offer and stopped my job search as well as turned down another job offer. I was transparent and kept him in the loop, while he bumbled through my background check, of which he had no idea what he was doing. Due to his confused fumbling around, he caused multiple delays by not knowing the proper way of applying NY employment laws to jobs here. Not wanting to look incompetent in front of the clients, he lied and blamed me for his delaying mistakes to the clients. As a result, he called and told me the offer was rescinded, leaving me back at square one, looking for a job during a pandemic and then rudely hung up on me. He refused to take any responsibility for his many errors and he is out of his element with this recruiting job.
