      Pros

      The owners are good guys who genuinely try to do the right thing. The engineers are a really great crowd. The engineering manager is top-tier.

      Cons

      Generally disorganized, poor work-life balance. Professionalism starts to go out the window when things go wrong and people get frustrated. High expectations with comparitively little investment in employees.
