Pros
Exciting people to work with. Lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Good code is what you see, learn & write. The culture would enhance sense of ownership and responsibility as an individual and as a team player. People keep an eye on new technologies, and choose the ones which suits best for problem at hand. An evolving company becoming more mature day by day.
Cons
Its growing fast and may sometimes overwhelm you, but don't think it would slow you down. Cons are pretty much by product of the growth, and with more people joining, it gets difficult to maintain a consistent culture.
