There are some stellar people who, if you can find them, are actually trying to improve the quality of education and who are there for the students
Cons
Unfortunately, the unionized environment, nepotism, and just stupidity within the organization leads to an inflow of underwhelming and unqualified educators and an outflow of quality people.
