Pros

- They hire anybody with no prior experience - Encourage to learn and expand skills

Cons

- Benefits are nice, but they make it very difficult to use them - Management are driven by idealism rather than realism - Constant burn out and mental exhaustion - Too many managers with conflicting rules - Constant change in policies - Blame engineers instead of poor management which resulted in misled engineers - Very low compensation compare to market and no opportunity to increase wage - Very high turnover rate, constant new engineers coming in

We hear your concerns, and understand that you are frustrated. First, we would like to make it clear that all team members can always come to our HR team with any concerns, whether it has to do with management, policies, workload, or other questions or concerns that may arise. We hope that you feel comfortable speaking with your manager, as well, but HR is here for our teams too. We would like to listen, have a conversation, provide clarity if needed, and find a resolution. Our intent is never to have our teams overworked or confused on any policies. We appreciate all forms of feedback, and thank you for taking the time to leave this review.

Pros

Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

Cons

I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.
