      Coworkers, workspace and manufacturers’ support and guidance.

      Cons

      Management needs improvement, more transparency and concern for their employees. Benefits were lacking. Need a greater focus on offering career support, and growth opportunities for employees

      Good coworkers and management. Bonuses and profit sharing.

      Cons

      Expensive health insurance. High deductible the only affordable plan. Can be nit picky with the GPS monitoring of vehicles.
