      Small company. Work closely with other developers and the support staff to accomplish tasks quickly and efficiently. Relaxed environment. Developers are located in a small, older home meaning each developer gets their own room to work in.

      Cons

      Company deals with many clients and manages several applications so developers switch tasks very often. However, after a few months of learning the tools and the ropes this issue became less of a problem as you learn to multi-task.
