This company pays salary with out delay. Not sure about the current situation.
Cons
A product based company with a complex software solution which is a big ball of mud with a combination of selfish management which screw up employee satisfaction. No proper way of estimating tasks or systems which is necessary to maintain such a huge software code base. Management failed to communicate to the employees properly and to keep the spirit of employees who work hard for the company.
