Pros
A company where a good opportunity to learn and work on different tech stacks will be there. Ownership of work will be given - you'll be responsible for your work and will have to single handedly manage projects a lotta times. A good learning experience will be there.
Cons
1. The company lies to ppl that they have projects in ML, AI, IOT. All that they have is a handful of web, app and web-app development projects. 2. Top level management isn't there and there's no voice for them 3. A lotta mental pressure will be there. Buckle up for both work and mental pressure. 4. What is sleep? 5. Was hired for the role of a developer. Did a lot more than what was expected. 6. Had to work during a lotta Saturdays. Had to stay up late till 2AM and work many times. 7. CEO is an old school techie who is reluctant to change. 8. Never seen them being professional in anything till now. In the name of the company being a startup, they are just unprofessional. 8. Would love to join as the HR of this company and chill all the time 😀 P. S : the company is over 18-20 years old and yet they call it a startup 🙂
