Business Outlook
Pros
We genuinely have the opportunity to disrupt commerce globally through our technology. Sure, we have lots of work to do before we can get there, but as missions / company purpose go, it's a really exciting thing to work on.
Cons
We're a rapidly scaling company, so it's a little bit chaotic and we're a bit short on established processes and ways of working. Having worked at several startups, it's totally OK with me, but I appreciate it's not for everyone - to enjoy this growth stage you need to thrive on ambiguity and be inspired by the opportunity to drive change.
