      Pros

      Our team in the San Diego office, is the best! I am very fortunate to work with a great group of people and a very supportive Director. She is there when we need her and goes above and beyond for us. Redline Resources does care about their employees, the owner works hard to develop incentives for us to really want to do our best, such has special outtings and summer hours. If you want a fun group to work with Redline Resources is it.

      Pros

      Great company to work with! I have been in the staffing and recruiting industry for over 20 years in San Diego and Redline Resources hands down has been one of the best companies I have work with. Erin the owner is a great support and willing to do what it takes for her employees to create a great work environment with work life balance. Help support all business efforts by getting great tools to support us. Really enjoy everyday that I work with great team members!

      Pros

      It is a very relaxed and fun work environment. My co-workers are all very nice and we get along great and do a lot of fun activities outside of work as well. It's a small company, which I like because it's easy to communicate questions or concerns with our boss.

      Cons

      Since it is such a relaxed environment, it sometimes gets a little chaotic and loud in the office and can be hard to focus.
