Pros
Only Salary on time that is the only advantage
Cons
1. Workplace itself is first problem. They do not have enough cubicles for employees and they keep on adding employees. 2. No Proper documentation of project. 3. Higher management keep on passing burden of project on employee and if he delayed somehow then they send low performance mail. 4. No Proper work-time, they order employee to stay late even if employee stays far location. 5. Higher management never listens to you even if you argue several times and they will said we know what we are doing do not teach us. 6. No time for personal life. 7. Few people from each department do gossiping to higher management 8. If you scared they will scare you a lot. 9. If you want to lower your value in IT field then only join here. 10. I will not suggest to join this company to my worst enemy also.
