Because it is an excellent place to work, advancement may take time as staff turnover in senior positions is low.

I love the mission of RedRover and that all of the staff are really passionate about helping people and pets in crisis. The culture is different than any other place I've been a part of before - very warm and caring and open to listening. I love my job!

The downsides are really just hearing about some of the sad situations that pets (and people) are in - such as domestic violence and financial hardships. Luckily we are able to help so many.
