Pros
There are so many pros to working for RedSofa London. We get great staff benefits, we are all treated as adults and trusted to get on with our jobs without the micro management. The owner is super generous and has created an amazing working environment for all the staff. We've had some epic summer & Christmas parties over the years. Just an all round great place to work.
Cons
Environment isn't suitable to everyone, you need to have a huge amount of self motivation to want to do well and be able to work hard without someone on your back daily.
