Unhealthy leadership dynamics. No transparency. Leadership frames work environment as “family”, but consistently operates with deception, emotional manipulation, and ultimately self-service. Wildly confusing for employees. Defensive and/or unreceptive to constructive criticism and employee feedback. Despite employee feedback, these unhealthy patterns have continued for 8+ years. Historically, men are paid higher rates than women working the same position and workload. HR reports not taken seriously.
