      Pros

      Even though I haven’t been at Redapt as long as others, I feel that working for this company has been an amazing move for my career. There’s just so much to learn every day, and plenty of opportunities to take advantage of. The pay is very good and the benefits are excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better opportunity.

      Cons

      Onboarding isn’t the greatest. You’re left to largely fend for yourself (that’s how it feels at least). The company has plenty of resources to help you succeed, but you need to seek them out yourself for the most part.

      Great recruitment team. Responsive hiring managers. No micromanaging. Competitive pay and bonus option.

      Pros

      The manager is remote and basically only cares if you check in every morning and night. That's all they were good for.

      Cons

      The manager will offload your coworkers holidays and days off requests to you. They will ask you to take servers off site to a local FedEx if they don't ship it in time. They will pay new hires with 5 year gaps in their experience more than you.
