      NO PROS Redaptive is a sinking ship pretending to sail smoothly. Leadership has no clear vision and runs the company based on gut feelings and internal politics. Layoffs happen almost every quarter, with zero transparency or accountability. Talented people are brought in only to be let go without reason or warning. The culture is toxic, morale is nonexistent, and the only thing consistent is chaos. Avoid unless you're into instability and disappointment.       Pros

      If you have a degree in Finance from a non-target school, you will find Redaptive a haven. Especially if your experience on Wall Street is non-existent. That being said, the snacks are good.

      Cons

      I, alongside dozens of others, was let go and replaced by AI automations. They’ll tell you that they need to run lean and that you should automate as much as you can so you have the time to do “the important work” but as soon as you do, the important work is no longer important.
