Pros
I heard one of the managers once say this is the most jerk-free company he'd ever worked for, and I totally agree. People here are just cool with each other. No politics. No BS. Just focus on the work and the clients and have a decent life while you're at it.
Cons
The office space is shared with a talent agency and I feel like we've totally outgrown it. Also, it feels like a focus on professional development is more advanced in some groups than others.
