We are small, but we're good - we're respected by business peers and we have some of the industry's most expert people, in-house from developers and creatives to account managers and strategists. Redbox takes care of us and that can be a challenge in a hybrid environment, so our HR makes sure to keep in touch with everyone; we remember to acknowledge and support events like birthdays, engagements, fundraising, illness, awards promotions and 'company firsts' for the team.
