Pros

Been here 10 years. Still waiting my 15% pay cut to return and a week vacation to come back. I would gladly change jobs but I don’t want to lose seniority. To the guys below I’d recommend getting out and to. A better company while your young

Cons

Reddaway 10 years ago took 15% of our wages, took away a week vacation. However YRC who bought reddaway out there employees make 3-4 dollars more per hour than reddaway. Reddaway claims we are competitive and equal but we’re not. If we were our wages would be raises to be competitive. He’ll the same company makes 3-4 dollars more just cause there Union. It’s BS! ReddawY needs to get there head out of there Butt and get the employees what they rightfully deserve back!
