Quiet place to work with relaxed atmosphere. Without much pressure and low level of demand, it is excellent for who is starting in the audiovisual area.

Lack of challenges. As the demand for quality is low, there is no professional development. And the opportunities within the company are also low expectation. The salary is too low for the same reasons. The company is valid only for the beginning of the career, who want growth should look for another place.
