Pros
Have you ever looked at the reviews for one of your favorite restaurants, and seen a few scathing, one star reviews? The food is terrible, the service is terrible, the owner doesn’t care about the customers, etc. When you know from your own personal experience that these comments are not true, it makes you wonder about the motivation of the authors, doesn’t it?
If Redemption Plus has a significant fault, it was in believing that by providing a great place to work employees would repay that with engagement and productivity. Unfortunately, some responded to that with a sense of entitlement. When Sean came into the organization and held individuals accountable to measurable performance, some folks washed out, and now seem dedicated to attacking the company.
Do you want to know what it is really like to work here? Ask any one the dozens of people that are excited to come to work each day. Don’t listen to the one star reviewers with an axe to grind.

No company is perfect, but this company is self-aware and when it makes a mistake the management works to fix it.
