Pros

I’ve had a really good experience at Redeploy so far. I get to work on projects that actually help me get better at what I do, especially in Azure and Kubernetes. People here know their stuff, and everyone’s open to sharing what they know, which makes it easier to learn and try new things. We’re also encouraged to keep developing our skills – taking certifications has never been a problem, it’s actually something we’re supported in doing. The team is friendly, and the culture is all about helping each other out. There’s also a lot happening outside of work – training together, after works, company events, and a bunch of people who game, which I like. The company is growing pretty fast, and even though a lot is happening, it feels like we’re heading in the right direction.

Cons

Since the company is growing, things change quickly. Some routines and processes are still being figured out, so you sometimes need to adapt. But that also means you can be part of shaping how things work.

Pros

The engineering part of the company works well. The colleagues are nice, the teams are mature (even if they're a bit unstructured), there's high technical ambitions. Good place to work at to develop as an engineer and consultant.

Cons

We're still suffering from founder's syndrome. Nepotism in promotions, autocratic decision making, micromanagement, lack of concrete goals for engineering, etc. If you want to strive towards something higher than your engineering role, it gets complicated.

Pros

Smart and driven colleagues who genuinely care about the work. As a Data Engineer you get real ownership over what you build. it's not just "ticket-grinding". Leadership is supportive at the team level and there was trust to make technical decisions without constant micromanagement. Interesting projects and a good place to develop your skills IF you're self-driven!

Cons

Engineering processes are still getting built. Senior management decisions can feel disconnected from what's actually happening on the ground but from the past comments you can notice change from the past Management.
