Indecisive Management - Manager Redfox Security Employee Review

Honestly, I struggled to find any meaningful positives during my time here.

My experience at Redfox Securities was extremely disappointing. The biggest concern is the complete lack of job security, employees are always under pressure and uncertainty. The work culture is one of the worst I’ve seen. There is constant interference from top management, including the CEO and managers, in every small task, which creates confusion rather than clarity. Instead of empowering teams, there’s unnecessary micromanagement across departments. Managers often prefer working on tasks themselves instead of delegating or guiding their teams. On top of that, office politics is very evident, making the environment stressful and demotivating. Final Verdict: Would not recommend joining if you’re looking for stability, growth, and a positive work environment.

Apparently they think they are the best. Kudos for the Confidence.

No respect for employees, no work-life balance therefore no time for self-growth. Very unrealistic expectations. Your efforts are useless here, no appreciation at all. The senior management is not right in the head, bunch of toxic people. Doesn't matter how hard you work, you can never out-work a bad management.
