Pros

- Incredibly transparent company culture (financials, open salaries, open handbook) - Technology stack is modern, always evolving, and presents new and exciting challenges. - No investors, profitable bootstrapped company. Redivis is really focused on benefiting its employees in the long run. Commitment to growing salaries and profit sharing. - A lot of focus on career growth and learning - Every other Friday off + great vacation / remote policies - The company is small, giving a ton of opportunity to wear different hats. There's a lot of room for growth, and everybody gets to play a key role in product development.

Cons

- It's a small company! People are very supportive, but it definitely requires some self-direction / motivation to thrive.

Pros

- Everyone is vocal, passionate & motivated - Fast-paced design process gives engineers frequent new projects of varying size - Defining clear department and company processes is a fun, collaborative, ongoing priority - Stable revenue and minimal venture backing supports measured and intentional growth - Company-wide support for a healthy work/life balance

Cons

- Small team => fewer examples of how your position & career could evolve over multiple years - Client needs can cause the team to lean towards rapid execution of features rather than research and experimentation - Responsibilities across different departments can sometimes limit deep dives into your favorite project

Pros

It's a small company! - Everyone wears many hats and can work outside of a specific job title - A ton of ownership and responsibility distributed among everyone - Easy to make a huge contribution to the team and company Mission driven - Primarily working on things that matter and feel meaningful - Work with users who are doing impactful things at big institutions (Stanford, Columbia, UCSF, etc) - Company priority on work/life balance means a lot of vacation and time off (incl every other friday)

Cons

It's a small company! - Not a lot of mentorship or career guidance - Limited number of people to connect with - The future is more unknown than at larger companies
