Pros

Absolutely have nothing constructive at all to say about this company.

Cons

Fake Directors that love to share their stories of how they have spent company profits on themselves whilst ripping the commission structure apart to pay for moving offices and other expenses. You only get a pay rise when there is an exodus of staff leaving. There is a terrible false atmosphere with the hierarchy in the office. Spent two winters in new offices freezing to the bone to the extent that staff were feeling ill because heating wasn't fixed. I saw staff reduced to tears after dressing downs from senior members of staff. One has a habit of pushing his weight around and berating his staff and of course he always leads by example. How do these people sleep at night ? Worse decision of my life was to work here .

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We appreciate and value your input especially as any employee who worked for the business for such a long-time. The two heating failures were very unfortunate and it was fantastic how supportive everyone was whilst the landlord resolved the issues. The commission scheme was amended in Jan 2020 to provide enhanced rewards for length of service. Your insight helps make Redline a better company for everyone.

Pros

The managent team can be excellent motivators and the business has some great clients.

Cons

My biggest frustration at Redline was always inconsistency, you never knew what decisions the Directors made would affect you next, and these decisions would come completely out of nowhere with employees simply not being looped in.
