Pros
Empowerment - Company lets me approach a problem in the way I feel is best or will help me identify a better way to resolve an issue. Growth - The company as a whole has a core focus on growth both for the company and each individual. We have a monthly 'bingo' board that pushes me to be a healthier individual and work with me every review to set goals both in work and in my life.
Cons
Focus - your workload will not always seem focused. One day you will be running a sprint with one goal and the next that sprint has been postponed for something more urgent. (On the upside you will likely never get to a point of feeling stagnant working on a single area of the program)
