Pros
As a startup, RedList provides excellent opportunity for growth and career progression. The founding/exec team is grounded, practical and smart, which is a breath of fresh air when compared to other startups I've been involved in. They actively seek input from the various teams as they make important decisions. I've really enjoyed my time here.
Cons
As a startup, there is sometimes a lack of perks. While the most important perks are offered (solid health insurance, etc.), the identity of the company is to be frugal, which may come as a shock to some who are used to soft serve ice cream available in the break room. I actually think it is more of a pro than a con though.
