Tenants are bullied for their service charge and there is zero concern for resident welfare. Staff are expected to pay out of their own pocket for gas and electric at the properties, with the promise of being reimbursed on pay day. Staff lone working properties with violent and sexual offenders no safety measures, no lone working device.
