There was an expectation to arrive on time but stay beyond working hours, regardless of workload. Poor work-life balance. Lack of fairness where senior leadership showed clear favoritism towards certain people. Limited trust and inconsistent decision-making created a difficult working environment. Culture could feel toxic, with low psychological safety.

Forward thinking company at the forefront of the industry, with some great minds behind them. Provided a great insight into modular construction.

I was there for a brief period of time, so I cannot comment any further. Overall my experience was quite positive and I learnt a lot.
