      - Redset has an entrepreneurial atmosphere - Consultative approach - Specialist within the market - Strong reputation in the Property Industry - Solid Client base - International clients, so there is an opportunity to travel which has always appealed to me - Grown up environment / flexible working hours and flexible holiday - Incentive trips to places such as New York for high achievers - Amazing office location

      Cons

      - At the beginning there can be long working hours, however this is the nature of recruitment - Pressure when targets are not being met - When building your desk, there can be some rejection at the start

      - Redset has a very strong reputation in the market - All consultants have very good market knowledge - Clients based all over the world, so there is an opportunity to travel - Flexibility to create your own business within a business - The MD is very hands on and a great mentor to learn from when you first start

      - The hours can be difficult to get used to when you first start, but that is the nature of recruitment

      Good learning curve Lots of exposure to top tier clients Very flexible approach to performers Bonus structure is excellent

      Cons

      Boutique style where entrepreneurial approach is always required. Can sometimes require reasonably long hours when working on multiple assignments.
