      Great company that cares about the employees and their families. Employees work hard and are rewarded. Lots of opportunity for recognition. The company likes to see the employees gain a new skill or improve an existing one.

      Pros

      Working alongside smart, capable engineers. If you want to climb the ladder, there are opportunities to contribute to high-visibility projects (mainly bc every project is a make-it or break-it for the HQ office)

      Cons

      Longterm stability for engineering in the HQ office is questionable.
