Pros

Working at Reebelo has been an inspiring journey, driven by the startup's mission to refurbish electronics and champion a circular economy. This dynamic tech environment not only fuels personal growth but also allows me to be part of a transformative movement. Reebelo's commitment to sustainability, coupled with a collaborative culture, has made each day fulfilling. The opportunity to contribute to reducing electronic waste while exploring innovative solutions has been an incredible experience, and I'm excited to continue growing alongside this forward-thinking company.

Cons

Startup environment, can be a con for some. Know what to expect, flexibility with hours and working towards deadlines is a must. Par for the course in the startup world

This has been an amazing rollercoaster full of growth, opportunities, and more. It is a face paced company that is really strives to succeed and wants its employees to do the same. While I’m newer to the company, I feel fully supported by my peers and leaders.

As a startup, it is working through a lot struggles regarding tools, processes, and structure.

Pros

- Lot's of opportunity, if you want it, it's there for the taking. - Autonomy and the ability to innovate and be creative - Not a lot of red tape so things move quickly - Freedom to expand beyond typical responsibilities, allowing me to be involved in complex projects. - My manager shows a lot of compassion and kindness but also challenges me to do and be more. This is something I have noticed with other managers as well.

Cons

- Like any startup there are growing pains and we are learning to prioritize the right projects. - Sometimes the global hours can slow things down, mostly waiting for responses from my global counterparts or leaders
