      Beautiful campus, strong benefits such as health insurance and retirement

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive for staff, supervisor training is lacking, facutly/staff tension is among the highest, HR policies are hard to find/often contradict themselves

      Pros

      Kind work environment that allows you to complete plenty of school work or studying during your shift. Employee discount is also always nice! Plenty of shifts available for pickup.

      Cons

      Low amount of scheduled hours, but again, you can always pick up shifts!
