Pros
they are working hard to improve the environment and benefits. They think a lot about what is missing and how it can be achieved. i.e. they introduced a salary review this year. The people are very friendly and they have a strong work ethic.
Cons
it is a small company and that is not for everyone. this also means that you need to put a shift in to keep on top of your workload.
