      While working for REED I enjoyed the comradery between the team. We worked as a team. We were given all the gear and equipment we needed.

      Cons

      Being away from home. Long hours if there was a decline in available personnel.

      No vetting course, easy work, reliable paycheck, foot in the door to security contracting, security clearance sponsor, deploy in country in 2 weeks or less from job offer, CRC attendance is usually waived along with paid commercial air deployment

      Cons

      Low daily pay rate, 335/30 leave rotation, intolerable coworkers(no vetting), backstabbing, no pay during CRC, military air redeployment, and no pay during deployment/redeployment travel
