Constantly rotating staff in key positions (accounting, payroll, HR, legal, even our retirement has changed hands twice in the last 12 months etc) which made for constant "change" which was always a headache.. you never knew who to communicate with. It seems every week they were sending out a company wide email saying "XYZ person is moving on to a new company, and we wish them well..." which made it seem like they were constantly firing people. It left many of us on edge that our time with the company was limited, which ended up being the case. If you are consider working there, I would ask them about their turnover and why so many people are getting fired/ let go (especially when they are doing a good job). They were constantly implementing new processes and systems which would disrupt the current system that was already working. If it's not broke, don't fix it. I understand they are a growing company experiencing growing pains, but one thing they haven't yet figured out is how to keep good talent. I think a company should reward those that have helped lend to your success by at least letting them keep their job.
