Pros
I am currently working for Reedhein, been here for years and love the company! I started off in an entry position back in 2015 and have worked my way up within the company. As I have been here for so long, I wasn't sure where I wanted to be - I wanted to grow more within the company but I thought there wasn't any more growing to be given so I did decide to leave. It was definitely a hard decision because I have been here for so long and I love the people I work with. I communicated that I was leaving, so the CEO, HR and the VP of Operations spoke to me about my plans, why I was leaving, what I want to do and also discussed other options which I took interest in. All in all, the company does value their employees - not only before one leaves, but if you and your work is communicated to them - they do see your value. Never hold back from communicating your emotions about how you feel or in any company as your voice should be heard or valued whether you are currently working here or are planning to leave. Needless to say, I am staying with Reedhein!
Cons
Some people can lack communication (but it has gotten a little bit better). Also, feedback on what needs to be worked on or what you are doing well on(reviews).
