Pros
Great people, who genuinely care. I've made some friends for life. Awesome brands, and the opportunity to inform how they grow and develop. Good prospects for growth internally alongside a desire to encourage entrepreneurial attitudes. Good non-pay benefits (very high pension contribution, health insurance, optional other insurances, sharesave scheme, other things). Pay is middle-of-the-road, but I think that's offset by the opportunity for progression, and by a sturdy pay review and benchmarking process.
Cons
Many of the parent company's processes, systems, tools, policies, and resources are very bad. Interference from the parent company can be frustrating to say the least - they can often slow ReedPop down or try to provide support in the wrong way.
