      Nice people, well organised, good prospects for some.

      Cons

      Sadly they didn't give me a chance to really learn much or deliver on what was promised at interview. Shame as a really good firm and I had high hopes.

      The best law firm I have worked for, by some distance. Staff feel valued, contributions and feedback are welcomed, flexibility is great. Support and advice are available when needed. Great people and a great firm. Real opportunities to progress.

      Very micro managed and if you don’t work in the main Cardiff office, you don’t feel part of the team.
