You get to meet some cool people.
Cons
Went through interview process with company, CEO, outside film studios— every step of the way with positive feedback, calls/texts from CEO and others..... then suddenly, ghosted. Literally only conversations about being hired/compensation/hours/duties.... then silence and unreachable. They have no idea what they are doing, have no real science to back up anything, and are very great actors/salespeople. Prospective clients and employees - just wanted to bring the reality to light.
